Network Rail would like to research the market and the capabilities possible for a digital footfall solution for it's managed stations. Please find supporting information within the opportunity listing on the Network Rail Bravo portal https://networkrail.bravosolution.co.uk which you can access prior to logging in/ registering for an account. You will find all instructions within the document on how to submit a response. Purpose of this RFI: Network Rail’s contract with its current Digital Footfall provider expires in 2020, therefore this is a key opportunity for Network Rail to identify the solutions available within the market and request information from the supply base to achieve the below: — understand the capabilities of the current solutions available in the market - this will support Network Rail in enhancing any requirements for any potential future procurement event, — identify any additional capabilities, concepts, technologies, platforms that Network Rail may not have considered — this information can then be used to support Network Rail in developing requirements for any potential future tender activity, — to ensure suppliers who are interested in any potential future tender activity relating to this requirement are aware of the procurement platform that will be used and provide them with the steps to complete qualification to this platform (should they not have done so already), — to understand the current innovation within the marketplace to support Network Rail in enhancing it’s requirements for any potential future tender activity.
