Sale of Surplus Building Materials

Tender description

Bron Afon is offering for sale by electronic auction a range of surplus building materials and associated components. The items are divided into nine (9) lots. Prospective Bidding Organisations are required to respond to the Invitation to Register for Auction document which includes completing and submitting a Bid Slip. The auction is subject to the Terms and Conditions set out in the Invitation to Register for Auction document. In accordance with these Terms and Conditions all Lots are sold ‘as they lie’ with all faults and imperfections and errors of description. Bidding Organisations are strongly advised to view lots before participating in the auction. Bidding Organisations will be advised of viewing times and locations in the confirmation of acceptance of their completed Bid Slip.
