Tender description

This is a market engagement exercise for the following: We are looking to identify some potential options for an IT system that would support a number of teams within Provider Services within rostering and case management, including: • Reablement • Assisted Living Technology • Disabled Facilities Grant • Warm Homes, Hospital Discharge • Shared Lives • Place Based Services Our Provider Services teams have staff members that work closely with members of the public and also office based to provide a range of services. The teams require key functionality from the system. We have collated key features that the system would require to be utilised by services. We are seeking to identify solutions that will support our digital journey and, where possible and within regulations, working to become paperless. The system would need to be utilised on laptops and interface with mobile devices to ensure that staff can provide real time updates to the system and upload documents relevant to their work. The Place Based and Shared Lives teams do not currently utilise a specific system and would be seeking to identify suitable use of the system. Specifically, the Place Based team are looking to use the system to show a programme of activities, that public users may be able to access and book on to. Keywords: Rostering, Case management
