Provision of maintenance services for traffic control systems. Background to the requirement: This specification sets out the requirements for the maintenance of traffic control and information equipment located within the bounds of Aberdeen City Council, and the optional equipment located within Aberdeenshire Council and Moray Council, and must be read in conjunction with the Appendices which set out further details for individual types of equipment, and specific requirements for dealing with other statutory bodies and agencies.
