Tender description

To work across the Midlands Engine geography to develop and test innovative interventions that seek to: (a) mitigate and reduce sickness levels and the impact of reduced productivity for business due to employee absence, or employees working with mental health conditions without appropriate support; (b) reduce the numbers of employees who leave employment due to mental illness; and (c) support an increase in employee mental well-being.
