Independence and Well-being Enfield Ltd is seeking to appoint a single provider for the provision of an Approved Repairer service for Enfield wheelchair service. The provider will provide engineers with extensive experience in a wide range of wheelchairs and accessories. The following is not an exhaustive list but does encompass the key elements of the service requirements: — storage of wheelchairs, all types and accessories, compliant with relevant health and safety and infection control regulations, — repairs and maintenance (PPM), — safety reports, — decontamination, — reconditioning, — collection, — delivery, — decommissioning/scrapping, — accepting receipt of wheelchairs-goods in process, — emergency call outs, — recycling of accessories and part where possible, — user feedback survey, — service user complaints.
