Repair and maintenance services of cars

Tender description

The London Borough of Bromley is seeking to instigate a Framework of contractors for the provision of vehicle bodywork repair services for its fleet of 201 leased cars up to four (4) years old, and selected fleet vehicles, of various mainstream makes/models including: 2/4 (i) Cars; (ii) Light commercial vehicles, (iii) Minibuses, up to 5,2 tonnes GVW; (iv) Small plant; and (v) Trailers. The service required is to carry out accidental damage and other bodywork repairs to a fleet of lease cars and light commercial vehicles operated by the Council, which could be driveable or non-driveable at the point that work is required. The successful contractor(s) must be able to demonstrate adequate workshop facilities. Open procedure inviting submissions from bodyshops.
