Tender description

The Authority wishes to establish a Framework Agreement to provide service and recycling for the HWRC paint waste materials for a 12-month plus an additional 12 months arrangement. As part of the Welsh Governments drive to reduce waste production in Wales to a sustainable level, it has set local authorities recycling targets. The Authorities current statutory target for 2018/19 is expected to achieve recycling rates of 58 %. Further statutory targets have been set leading up to 70 % recycling by 2025.
