Tender description

Procurement in Partnership (comprising NHS London Procurement Partnership, East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub, NHS Commercial Solutions and NHS North of England Commercial Procurement) in collaboration with Crown Commercial Service (CCS), together known as Workforce Alliance, seek to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of high quality, temporary, permanent and fixed term clinical and healthcare staffing services outlined in Lots 1-9. It shall be open to all UK-based NHS and Public Sector bodies, subject to approval of Workforce Alliance, including but not limited to: — collaborative hub members, — Acute and Foundation Trusts, — CCGs, — Ambulance, Care, Hospital, Mental Health and Community Health Trusts, — Special Health Authorities, — CSUs, — GP Practices. All NHS bodies, associated NHS bodies; Local Authorities; Central Government Departments; Police; HM Prison Services; Fire and Rescue; Education;any other Public Sector Bodies, or successor organisations of the above. Provision of end-to-end permanent and fixed term contract recruitment services for all job groups within Lots 1 to 5 Lot 1 - Nursing & Midwifery Staffing Lot 2 - Medical & Dentistry Staffing Lot 3 - Allied Health Professionals & Health Science Services Staffing Lot 4 - Emergency Services Lot 5 - Social Care Staffing Provision of Neutral Vendor Services The sourcing and provision of high quality, trained and fully vetted temporary Clinical and Healthcare staffing using framework approved supply chain. The Neutral Vendor does not supply temporary workers directly from their own resource pool. The Neutral Vendor would be the Contracting Authority’s only point of contact not the supply chain directly. The Neutral Vendor would manage the supply chain and invoice the Contracting Authority on behalf of the supply chain. A combination of any of Lots 1-8 above, delivered by the same supplier
