Tender description

The contract to operate the East Midlands Rail Franchise from August 2019 to August 2027. The East Midlands franchise will principally serve destinations on the Midland Main Line (MML) between London St Pancras and Corby, Nottingham and Sheffield. Key intermediate stations include Bedford, Luton Airport, Luton, Wellingborough, Kettering, Leicester and Derby. The franchise also provides regional and local connectivity to destinations in the east and west of the region including Liverpool, Manchester, Crewe, Lincoln, Cleethorpes, Skegness and Norwich.
