Provision of Labour & Resources for A Major Highways Improvment Scheme, Hull

Tender description

Hull City Council is seeking bids to be submitted by suitably experienced contractors to provide labour / resource / sub contractor support for highways works on a major scheme within the City Boundary of Hull. The Council will be contracting with a Principal Contractor to manage the scheme; bids received from this exercise will be shared with the Principal Contractor, who will then be able to select suitable (and available) sub-contractors, within budget, to provide resource to enable the delivery of each 'zone' of the highways works. The scheme is significant, and will last for a duration of around 14 months commencing late July 2019. Contractors may bid for one, or more, or all zones.
