Provision of Catering Services

Tender description

The University is in the early stages of pre market testing to help inform the future tender for Catering Services. Suppliers are invited to a Soft Market testing day on Friday 13th September 2019, at 10am. The day will encompass a presentation on the current facilities and our vision for the future partnership with a supplier, there will then be a site visit to view all the current catering establishments across the central campus. There will be a opportunity for open forum feedback as well as one to one meetings to discuss the proposed specification. All interested suppliers are requested to express their interest in attending the soft market testing day by e mailing Emma.Bailey@solent.ac.uk. Suppliers will be limited to 2 delegates per company. We will send out an agenda and site access details the week prior to the event via e mail. It is anticipated that the formal tender process will commence in November 2019, with anticipated award in May 2020, for contract start 1st August 2020.
