Who Speclialist Work With Head of Internal Communications and Head of IT as well as copywriter and multiple stakeholders/teams What Specialists Work On Working with the Head of Internal Comms, Head of IT and our design agency to deliver the programme at pace. Organising and managing the migration of 800+ pages, working with a wide range of internal stakeholders to audit the content and move to a new, consistent format and templates. Helping to structure the site and content library to create a seamless and intuitive user experience and make sure documents are stored and managed effectively. Report on progress weekly, and monthly high level report for Executive and senior stakeholders. Organising workshops and user testing sessions to engage stakeholders and gather feedback.
