Tender description
Caretaking is required for the Ordnance Unity Centre due to the contract expiring on 31 September 2019. The NCL Primary Care Commissioning Committee (PCCC) determined that the APMS contract was not to be extended beyond the expiry date and the commissioning option of a full procurement should proceed to identify a new provider. The APMS contract has been entered into a London Tranche of procurements whose project timelines commenced in December 2018 with the new provider not commencing on 1st April 2020. This has resulted in commissioners having to carry out a separate procurement process to identify an interim caretaking provider to commence from 1 October 2019 to April 2020 (6 months contract) with a provision to extend the temporary contract for a further 3 months if required.
