Tender description

The Soft Market Test is intended to allow interested organisations with relevant experience to outline their views and provide information with no commitment to themselves or the Authorities. The Authorities are keen to move forward and fully understand the market. We are looking for feedback on the likely costings, timescale restraints and requirements around what information to include within full tender process documentation. During the Soft Market Test the Authorities would like to know whether suppliers could offer the requirements as currently outlined in Sections 6 and 7 of the attached questionnaire, but also whether there are other modules and functionality that would benefit the Authorities and its customers to meet their future aspirations. Please see the attached questionnaire for full details of the soft market test. The questionnaire should be completed via The Chest – https://www.the-chest.org.uk by July 16, 2019 by 12:00 Keywords: WEB PORTAL
