Tender description
The initial construction of 66 units at Muir Road, Bellsmyre. Followed by a further 150 units, split into a 5 Phase regeneration of Bellsmyre. The procurement of a contractor for the construction of over 200 units in Bellsmyre, West Dunbartonshire. The development will be split into 6 phases, with contractors initially submitting a tender for the 1st phase of 66 units. Subsequent phases will be on a rolling programme including demolition, subject to contractor performance.
