Fusion21 is renewing its heating systems offer in to a new Heating and Renewables Framework to deliver heating works and services to estates across the public sector. The lot structure will offer Fusion21 Members flexibility in their needs for all types of heating and heating related renewable services; the draft Lot structure is included within this Notice but covers the servicing, maintenance and installation of domestic and commercial heating and renewable technologies. The lot structure also covers heating related consultancy services including design, project management and quality assurance. This PIN Notice is being used to engage with the market to support Fusion21 in shaping this new framework, ensuring it is fit for the market place for the next 4 years; this includes exploring any potential increase in demand for renewable heating technologies. This consultancy will include principle design of heating systems and project management related services on both a domestic and commercial basis for heating and renewable systems. The Framework may include a Lot specifically for programmes of refurbishment to heating systems within the education sector. This may include the refurbishment, replacement and/or installation of heating systems which may be done on a design, supply and fit or labour only basis. The programmes may be subject to funding models established to support these types of works across the education sector. Suppliers will deliver a comprehensive domestic heating service and maintenance service on a planned and reactive basis to heating and hot water systems. The works will include the potential to deliver installation works within its scope on a supply and fit or labour only basis. The lot may also include the service, maintenance and installation of electrical and renewable technologies. Suppliers will deliver a servicing, maintenance and repair service to commercial heating and hot water installations within Member's property portfolio including associated dwellings. The works may include installation works within the scope of this Lot on either a supply and fit or labour only basis. The scope may also cover electrical and renewable technologies. The work involves the installation of new central heating and hot water systems which will comprise a mixture of complete systems, boiler replacements, and system conversions or upgrades to various properties throughout a Members stock on either a supply and fit or labour only basis. The installations may also include electrical and renewable technologies such as ground and air source heat pumps, solar heating etc. The works will involve the installation of commercial heating and hot water systems on a planned and reactive basis and either as a supply and fit or labour only. This may also include the installation of electrical and renewable heating technologies.
