East Renfrewshire Council are currently looking at ways to improve their care at home and the care and support services. Further information can be found in the attachment. The health and social care partnership currently has its services organised under a contract for care at home and a Framework Agreement for the provision of care and support services and it is from these 2 frameworks that we will be looking for participants for the strategic partnership.
