Tender description

Follow-up is to provide assistance with the aim of participants obtaining and/or keeping paid work. The aim is that participants shall, to the greatest possible degree, be self-sufficient with a permanent connection to working life. The aim of the initiative must be supported by the following performance measurements. — persons without work on the application date: 65 % transition to work by the end of the initiative, — persons in work on the application date: 65 % full return to work and a further 20 % must have increased work participation by the end of the initiative.
