Tender description

South Yorkshire FRS has an interest in exploring proposals to support their contingency arrangements by considering a provision of incident commanders and operational fire fighting resources. Provision of incident commanders and possibly fire fighting resources — South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service are seeking a partner to enable the Fire Authority to put in place arrangements to allow them to discharge their duties in the following (but not limited to) exceptional emergency circumstances: — natural disaster, — terrorist event, — pandemic (avian flu/SARS, etc.), — industrial action.
