Facade installation reserved specialist: The development will consist of: 1) The restoration and refurbishment of Spruce House, former dispensary building, approximately, 445sqm in area; 2) The construction of a new 7 storey (over basement) office building of c. 6 333 m2; 3) Site development works include hard landscaping, boundary treatment and all other ancillary site works. The façade works cover approximately 3 250 m2. The building facade primarily consists of the following materials and systems: — aluminium framed bespoke unitised curtain wall screen to the main elevations, — aluminium framed stick curtain wall screens with infill glazing and opening sections (to the ground floor areas, link building between to the Dispensary Building, rooftop stair enclosure), — proprietary aluminium framed rainscreen cladding to the soffits and staff entrance, — aluminium rainscreen panels, — ventilation louvres, — Substation cladding.
