Tender description
This notice is to establish the level if interest from the market for a one year contract to provide care in an extra care housing scheme. The opportunity is for a one year contract only, however, after that time the council intends to recommission the care contracts for extra care housing schemes in Bristol. The scheme has 48 one and two bedroom flats. The current total volume of care hours currently provided by the contract holder at the scheme is approximately 270hrs per week for 27 service users.
