A supplier event will be held on this opportunity on Wednesday 26th June 2019. In order to get further information on this opportunity and to register to attend this day, you must express an interest on the Councils e-tendering system, www.csw-jets.co.uk after your registering your organisation. We will hold a general information session from 9:30am-11:30am for all interested parties and then intend to hold 1:1 Q&A sessions for up to 4 suppliers in the afternoon of the same day. These will be allocated on a first come-first served basis. Any organisation who is unable to attend on this day will still be able to take part in the procurement exercise as these sessions are for information gathering only Please notify us via the 'Correspondence' function if you wish to attend the information session on Wednesday 26th June 2019 no later than 2:30pm on Tuesday 25th June 2019. If you wish to have a 1:1 session with us, which will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, please also state that in your correspondence along with the names of the people from your organisation who will be attending. Please keep this to a maximum of 4 attendees. The event will take place in Coventry: we will confirm location to those to confirm attendance.
