Tender description

The site is located on the Shore Road in Newtownabbey and extends to 0.4 hectares in size. The site comprises a two storey ‘L’- shaped building which is used as a sales office for caravan sales. The balance of the land surrounding the building comprises hardstanding which is used for the display of caravans for sale and a customer car park. The site is accessed through a main vehicular access points, one formal gateway from the Shore Road and one informal gated access through the car park associated with the Petrol Filling Station. The site boundary treatment consists of a mixture of two metre high security railings and mature hedging. Clanmil expect to achieve approximately 32 units with a mixture of approx. 8 no. 1b2p GN apartments and approx. 24 Cat1 2b3p apartments, however the exact mix will be determined through this competition, 10% of the total units should be complex needs units. Estimated to be in the region of £3.2m.
