Tender description

Glasgow Kelvin College requires a high quality, value for money cleaning service for a 2 year period with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months. The College places great importance in ensuring the environment its students and staff conduct their learning and teaching is in a safe and hygienic condition and maintained to a high standard. The cleaning services shall play a vital role in achieving this goal. The service provider shall provide the highest of standards of cleaning consistently throughout the term of contract. The service provider shall keep the College abreast of industry innovation as well as new technical developments that improves the level of service and challenges the traditional methods of providing cleaning services. It is Glasgow Kelvin Colleges' intention to appoint a single service provider for the provision of cleaning services for all four campuses.
