Tender description

The Council wishes to contract with a supplier to supply cleaning materials and washroom supplies. The Council wishes to contract with a supplier to supply cleaning materials and washroom supplies. Currently the main customers are building cleaning, facilities management and operational properties sections of the Council. Generally, orders are placed in 2 areas across multiple ordering points: Cleaning products, the majority of which are order by the Councils’ in-house Building Cleaning section for the cleaning of the Council buildings. Washroom supplies including handtowels and toilet rolls, the majority are purchased by Facilities Management for the main Council building (One Friargate) and Operational Properties for the other corporate buildings including Broadgate House and the Council House. In addition, other Council establishments will order their own washroom supplies directly, this includes residential homes, parks and leisure and children’s centres.
