TENDER REF: Building Positive Relations – Ethnic Minority Cultural Diversity Programme: design, develop and deliver a comprehensive ethnic minority cultural diversity programme across the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council area within the PEACE IV Local Action Plan Competent Consultancy companies are hereby invited to tender to design, develop and deliver a comprehensive ethnic minority cultural diversity programme across the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council. The programme will comprise two inter-linked elements: cultural diversity projects; ‘Train the Trainer’ projects as part of the Ethnic Minority Cultural Diversity Programme across the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council area within the PEACE IV Local Action Plan. The Project is supported by the European Union's PEACE IV Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
