Area 10 Technical Support

Tender description

Highways England (HE) is looking to set up a contract for provision of technical support across a number of asset disciplines, mainly structures, designed to aid the transition from the current Asset Support Contract (ASC) to Highways England's Asset Delivery Contract (AD) on 1st April 2019. This task will look to take invested knowledge from BBMM acquired throughout the Area 10 contract and any new knowledge acquired during this task to seamlessly manage existing asset risks that traverse both the end of ASC 10 and start of AD 10 and beyond. The successful contractor will also be required to work with AD10 staff and the newly appointed Design Services Contractor (DSC), post-April 2019 in handing over knowledge acquired.
