Tender description
North Lanarkshire Council (the ‘Council’) intends to award a contract to using the negotiated tender procedure, without prior publication to ARM Architects LLP, 2A Berkeley Street, Glasgow G3 7DW to undertake the requirements of a design team to manage the demolition, site investigation and new build elements of the project at 1-13 Bank Street, Coatbridge. The contract has a value of up to 260 000 GBP. The contract period will be 36 months.
