Supported Lodging Accommodation for Young People

Tender description

The contract is for the delivery of a supported living accommodation and support service for young people of Cheshire East to be provided within the Cheshire East Borough. The service will be available to young people aged 16 to 21 (or 25 years where they are in full-time education and/or have a registered disability or have been identified by CEC as requiring the service). All referrals to this service will be made by the CEC Children, Families and Adults Department. The service provides a support service for young people who will be matched by the Provider to a suitable lodging host. The service aims to offer individuals needs led support, to facilitate the development of life skills that will enable vulnerable young people to develop independent living skills, offering them the opportunity to improve their quality of life and life outcomes.
