Stratford Waterfront Culture and Education Development, Sadler's Wells and V&A Fit-Out

Tender description

It is the intention of the London Legacy Development Corporation ('LLDC') as the Contracting Authority to put in place a contract, with one contractor, for the fit-out works for the Sadler's Wells East and Victoria & Albert Museum buildings at the Stratford Waterfront, Culture and Education Development at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford. The works required comprise the Landlord fit-out of the V&A building and the Landlord and Tenant fit-out of the Sadler's Wells building. More details on the scope will be available in the Works Information within the procurement documents. The works are due to start on site June 2020 with completion of the V&A building by April 2021 and the Sadler's Wells building by March 2022.
