SPaTS framework replacement, market engagement event

Tender description

Highways England is the government company responsible for maintaining and operating the major road network in England. We are planning to hold an engagement event to brief potential suppliers on our planned replacement for our existing Specialist Professional and Technical Services (SPaTS) framework. The event will be held on 21 June 2019 in Birmingham. Interested suppliers are invited to register for the event by contacting spatsreplacement@highwaysengland.co.uk. One attendee per organisation will be allowed. Additional information: Lot 1: Provision of specialist and technical research and related advisory services across a broad range of transport-related fields. Lot 2: Provision of advice and related services across a broad range of procurement and supply chain management activities. This engagement event will focus on replacing the technical services, procurement advice and post-implementation evaluation lots from the current SPaTS framework (SPaTS lots 1, 5 and 6). Replacements for SPaTS lots 2, 3 and 4 (Commercial Services, Commercial & Dispute Resolution and Insurance Advice) will be sourced separately. Communication on these topics will be provided when available.
