South Cambridgeshire District Council - Valuation and Marketing Services for the Right to Build Programme

SCDC is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced service provider who can provide valuation, marketing and selling services for self build/custom build sites within the boundary of South Cambridgeshire District Council. The service provider will need to have an established history/track record of this field, have good market knowledge of our unique area. The service provider shall use a cohesive team targeted at this bespoke area. The contract will involve sites and plots, please note that a site may contain a number of plots. Bidders shall be bidding on a per site basis, the majority of sites will be single plot, however a small number of sites contain between 2 and 4 plots. For the value of the contract and to undertake an analysis of costs, we estimate approximately 12 sites per year. .Please note there is no guaranteed volume or value with this contract. Bidders should note that whilst this contract has many of the characteristics of a regular estate agency service, this is not a regular estate agency service and so a good track of delivering projects of this nature is essential.
