Tender description
The provision of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLs) assessments, to be undertaken by qualified Best Interest Assessors. The contract includes the management, administration and assessment of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguard applications to the standard prescribed by the DoLs Code of Practice to ensure Coventry City Council meets its responsibilities under the Mental Capacity Act 2015. Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLs) assessments, to be undertaken by qualified Best Interest Assessors. An average of between 30-50 assessments per month, 360-600 per annum.
