The primary objective of the market engagement exercise is to understand the capabilities and capacity within the market, to identify how the market can support the Authority to manage Snow Clearance services throughout the county of Hampshire. The market engagement questionnaire is designed to obtain feedback to inform the Authority of the current services the market is able to offer. This will help the Authority to shape the service moving forward. This is a market information exercise only and may not necessarily lead to any future procurement process. In the event that it did proceed, it is not yet certain which procurement route would be followed. Suppliers will be neither advantaged nor disadvantaged by responding to the questionnaire. The Authority is carrying out a market engagement exercise to benchmark the supply and management of snow clearance services for the roads of Hampshire.
