Service Leadership Consultant - Summer Term 2019 The Schools and Early Years Improvement Services has recently expanded to encompass Early Years and SEN. This enlarged team is undergoing the transition to becoming a more integrated and coherent service in order to best serve the Borough's children and young people's educational needs. During this rapid period of change there is a need to supplement leadership capacity, so we can give the necessary support, guidance and mentoring to new leaders within the service. A Service Leadership Consultant would have specific responsibilities for supporting those colleagues now leading on Professional Development, Governance Services, Traded Services and SEN. In addition, the Service Leadership Consultant would maintain and further develop the strategic partnerships with teaching schools and those local school leaders who contribute capacity to School Improvement and Professional Development systems within Enfield. The consultant will mentor staff and support the development of services to meet local needs 20 Days Support required
