Tender description

The provider will operate the Medway SEND IASS (Special Educational Needs and Disability Information, Advice & Support Service) to Medway provide children & young people with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability) and their parents/carers with impartial information, advice & support about SEND as well as Health and Social Care. The provider of this service will offer support in preparing for and attending meetings, expressing views and participating in decisions about the education, health and social care needs of Medway children and young people with SEND. This will include helping with complaints and appeals. The service will be offered free to users who will contact the service direct (self-referral) and the support given should be accurate and confidential. Keywords: Education
