School cleaning services

Tender description

This tender process is targeted to have a cleaning contract or contracts in place to commence on January 2020 at 15 schools and April 2020 for 7 schools. Further schools may be added to the contract as and when they become part of the portfolio managed by the Contracting Authority. The process will include the creation of a select bidder list following analysis of SQ documents. The SQ document is available electronically via request to the email in Section 1. This tender lot is for the provision of cleaning services, washroom services, cleaning and janitorial products to 11 schools within the Academy Transformation Trust. The target contract commencement dates for Lot 1 are January 2020 at 6 schools and April 2020 at 5 schools. This lot includes 11 schools being: North Walsall Primary Academy WS2 7BH, Sun Academy ST5 8JN, Phoenix Academy WS3 2ED, Caldmore Primary Academy WS1 3RH, Bristnall Hall Academy B68 9PA, The Dukeries Academy NG22 9TD, Sutton Community Academy NG17 1EE, Star Academy ST6 5PT, Jubilee Academy Mossley WS3 2SQ, The Queen Elizabeth Academy CV9 1LZ, Pool Hayes Academy WV12 4QZ. This tender lot is for the provision of cleaning services, washroom services, cleaning and janitorial products to 6 schools within the Academy Transformation Trust. The target contract commencement date for Lot 2 is January 2020. This lot includes 6 schools being: Westbourne Academy IP1 5JN, The Nicholas Hamond Academy PE37 7DZ, Beck Row Primary Academy IP28 8AE, Great Heath Academy IP28 7PT, Iceni Academy (Primary) IP26 4LP, Iceni Academy (Secondary) IP26 4PE. This tender lot is for the provision of cleaning services, washroom services, cleaning and janitorial products to 4 schools within the Academy Transformation Trust. The target contract commencement dates for Lot 3 are January 2020 at 2 schools and April 2020 at 2 schools. This lot includes 4 schools being: Kingsmoor Academy CM18 7PS, Ravens Academy CO16 8TZ, The Hathaway Academy RM17 5LL, Mark Hall Academy CM17 9LR.
