Tender description

Liverpool City Council (LCC) wants to commission an independent review of co-regulation within its city wide selective licensing scheme. This review should have a quick turnaround and report back to LCC by 31st July 2019. The main client will be the Evaluation & Co-Regulation Co-ordinator who will provide further information such as agreements, working procedures and reports. As appropriate, the contractor will be able to engage with co-regulators to gain their input / insights into how the agreements / working relationship have developed.
