Bidders must note that the proposed works will only be commissioned subject to appropriate budget availability within Trivallis. Should budget be unavailable then Trivallis will not commission the works and may look to re tender at a later date. As part of the invitation to tender process suppliers will be expected to honour their tender submissions up to a period of 6 months after submssion. Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to work on the external biocidal clean, repair and painting of the external façade and refuse outbuildings. The works will be required to 66 properties comprising of 5 blocks of flats plus 5 refuse out buildings for the area - Pen Dinas, Tonypandy, Wales, CF40 1JD .
