Tender description

Southend Borough Council requires a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to supply a new transport system for Southend-on-Sea Pier. This procurement will include design, development, manufacture, assembly, delivery and installation of the new electric train transport system on the Pier at Southend-on-Sea. The requirement is for the new electric train to be fully operating on Southend-on-Sea Pier from 1st April 2021. The contract end date will be 31st March 2022, following a year of operational support. Further details are set out in the documentation attached.
