Tender description

Hertfordshire County Council (the Contracting Authority), acting on behalf of the Participating Authorities, has established a Framework Agreement for the supply of independent living products (hereinafter referred to as ‘Goods’). This is an award notice and this tender opportunity is now closed. Please see Section V (Award of Contract) and Section IV.2.1 (previous publication concerning this procedure) for further details. The authorities that are currently participating in this tender exercise and any subsequent Framework Agreement are: Coventry City Council, Hampshire County Council, Hertfordshire County Council (including any current or future trading arm, wholly owned company, mutual, joint venture, trust or shared service of the Council, as set out in Schedule 1 of the Framework Agreement) and Southend Borough Council.
