Tender description
The Sale of Student Loans Act 2008 came into force on 21 July 2008 and authorises the Secretary of State for DfE to sell the student loan book in whole or in part. The scope of this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") is for communications support for the Sale programme, with a focus on engagement with the financial press. The successful supplier will provide financial communications support for the programme of sales.
