Essex County Council, in collaboration with Suffolk County Council and Thurrock Council are seeking to commission a high quality specialist adoption and special guardianship order support services across each county to meet the diverse needs of children and families. As part of this, we want to secure a range of specialist training; specialist assessments; therapeutic interventions and short breaks.
