Tender description

Powys County Council has appointed one (1) organisations to provide: (i) care services to residents; and (ii) related ancillary services (including facilities management service are: Lot 2 only). The Services will be delivered at various premises — 12 residential care homes and 1 intermediate care home — which are owned by the Council. The Council's requirement was divided into 2 Lots: Lot 1: (services — 11 x residential care homes); and Lot 2: (Services — 1 x intermediate care home and 1 x residential care home). The duration of the contract(s) is 3 + 1 + 1 years (total 5 years), with a total estimated value for both Lot 1 and Lot 2 of circa 18 506 155 GBP per annum. Provision of: (i) care services to residents; (ii) related ancillary services — at eleven (11) Council owned residential care homes. Term 3+1+1 years. Provision of: (i) care services to residents; and (ii) related ancillary services (including facilities management) at the Council's owned premises Glan Irfon and Brynhyfryd. Term — 3+1+1 years.
