South Staffs Water (SSC) has an operational need for fuel oil. Fuel oil allows SSC to complete the vital processes and services necessary to provide potable water to its customers. Fuel is linked directly to the production and supply of water through utilisation in: — onsite power generation, — fleet vehicles, — site vehicles and machinery, — site heating. This tender intends to find a supplier(s) capable of supplying SSC with the fuel it requires whilst providing — quality assurance, — technical support, — excellent customer service, — added value services. The requirement is due to commence from 1.11.2019 for a potential maximum duration of 8 years in increments to de determined. SSC estimates spend to be between 700 000 GBP-1 000 000 GBP per year. English law shall apply for all matters and proceedings relating to this process as well as the interpretation of any agreement.
