Oxford Direct Services (ODS) is made up of two companies that work together to deliver cost-effective public and commercial services. The Companies are owned by Oxford City Council who is the single shareholder. ODS is seeking to engage with experienced and qualified suppliers to establish a 4 year Framework Agreement for Professional Services relating to Construction. The tender is also split into Lot tiers: • Tier 1: o Lot 1 Lead Consultant o Lot 2Project Manager o Lot 3 Principal Designer • Tier 2: o Lot 4 Architect o Lot 5 Cost Consultant o Lot 6 Services Engineer o Lot 7 Structural Engineer o Lot 8 Planning & Master Planning The Authority is using the South East Business portal to carry out this procurement process, for information and to record an interest please register on https://procontract.due-north.com.
