Establish a Single Party Framework for the provision of Graphic Design Services

Tender description

SOLAS requests tenders from suitably experienced and qualified graphic design agencies for the provision of graphic design services for all divisions of the organisation. The successful tenderer will be responsible for the provision of these services to SOLAS for two years with a possible roll over for a further one year. The range of services that may be required include but are not limited to: • Materials for promotional campaigns • Materials development of new programmes such as logos, infographics etc • Creative ideas for how to communicate/present work graphically • Design for print (including stationery, brochures, posters, leaflets etc.) • Design of publications (annual reports, labour market reports) • Design of advertising (video, online and press) • Design of event backdrops, roll up banners, signage • Design of online presence such as website skins, digital advertisements, infographics • Design of presentations & Interactive applications • Design of one-off publications for SOLAS as needed • Typesetting/formatting of English and, when necessary, Irish versions of reports • Proofing publications as needed.
