Tender description

Undertake duties of principal Designer in line with CDM 2015 (up to RIBA stage 4) as well as building Pre Construction Information. Procure a design team (primarily engineering services) to complete the detailed design of the communal heating system, obtain approval from Planning and Listed Buildings and attend / undertake consultation with residents. To provide a communal heating system for Crescent House and Cullum Wlch House that meets Planning obligations of Grade II* listed building. Pipework has a service life of 40 years and Heat Interface Units (HIUs) – where the communal system is connected to the property and metered – have a service life of 15 years. To supply communal heating and hot water to approximately 2018 homes.
