Contracts for Civil Legal Aid Services

The Legal Aid Agency (LAA) is inviting responses from Applicants to its Invitations To Tender (“ITTs”) for the delivery of publicly funded civil legal aid services from Autumn 2019 under the following contracts: • 2018 Standard Civil Contract (“Face to Face Contract”); and • Specialist Telephone Advice Contract for Civil Legal Advice (CLA) (“CLA Contract") Applicants must ensure that they complete this Selection Questionnaire for Civil Legal Aid Services Contracts, in addition to a response to the relevant Invitation(s) to Tender (”ITT(s)”) for the civil legal aid services the Applicant wishes to deliver. This opportunity opens on 11 June. The deadline for submitting a Tender, including a response to this Selection Questionnaire is 9am on 10 July. You must read the relevant Information For Applicants (IFA) documents for the service(s) you wish to deliver before submitting your response. The IFAs can be found in the ‘Attachments’ section of the ‘Selection Questionnaire for Civil Legal Aid Services Contracts' or can be downloaded from the Gov.uk website: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/civil-legal-aid-services-from-september-2019 We will accept questions about the IFAs up until 5pm on 21 June 2019. (referred to below as 'End date for supplier clarification messages'). Questions must be submitted through the relevant e-Tendering message board.
